This article will guide you through accessing/logging into MediaValet in Microsoft apps such as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
For example, I will use the MS Word app to take screenshots when logging in to MediaValet.
1. Open MS Word application>Insert tab>Look for the Insert assets icon
2. Click on the Login Button.
3. It will redirect you to the MediaValet site to log in. Enter your DoBC email address and click Next
4. Next, you will see this screen below:
Click on Okta Login with Single Sign-on
5. Once you click on the SSO, it will log you into MediaValet and you will get this message below:
Note: If it did not log you in automatically and ask to verify via Okta Push, please authenticate it first via Verify Okta Push on your mobile app.
Once successfully logged in, go back to MS Word and go to the Insert Assets again, and you will see this screen below:
Wait a few seconds, and it will load the pictures from MediaValet on the Word application.
