- Connect the iPhone to your Mac with a USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to Lightning cable.
- Install and open Apple Configurator from Kandji Self Service.
- If the Get Started button appears, click it to continue.
- Select iPhone from the All Devices screen and choose Actions > Restore from the menu bar.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Restore.
- Review the license agreement, then click Accept.
When iPhone restarts and displays the Hello screen, you’ve successfully reset the device to factory settings.
