If you don't enjoy accessing the shared mailbox through the desktop Outlook application, you can access the full shared mailbox from the Outlook web app.
Please Note: you must already have full access to the desired shared mailbox provided by IT.
1. Log in to your webmail via url https://doctorsofbc.okta.com or by clicking on the blue "O" icon in the top right of your Safari browser.
2. Select "Microsoft O365 Webmail."
2. In webmail, click on your thumbnail on the top right, and select open another mailbox.
3. In the pop-up search box, enter the shared mailbox name you would like to access.
4. Select the matching result and open. You will be directed to the shared mailbox web interface.
