Objective:
The Case list view page displays a list of cases in your current view. Your salesforce case view comes with several pre-defined list views; however, if you are looking to create your own custom list views, follow the below instruction to create them.
1. In case page, locate the gear icon over at top right, select the option New from the drop down.
2. In the New List View window, 1. Enter a name for your new list, 2. API name will be filled automatically afterwards. 3. Select who you would like to share the new list with.
3. After saving, you will want to set up the filter to define your new list view. 1. The funnel icon on the right is highlighted to show filtering option, 2. Filter by Owner is default to My Cases, 3. Add Filter allows you to add more custom filtering rule.
4. Click Filter by Owner, the options allow you to select All Cases or other. As an example, select All Cases here.
5.As an example, click Add Filter, change the Field to "Subject", Operator to "Contains", and Value to "Voicemail". Click Done, then Save, to complete your customization.
6. Voilà, the list view will display all cases that contain the word Voicemail in subject line.
