Objective: This article is a how-to guide to help end users logging in to the Outlook Salesforce Add-in.


The Salesforce Add-in is located in outlook ribbon as shown below.

 

1. Click the blue cloud icon to open the Salesforce Add-in pane. You will be prompted to log in to the Production environment. Click the log in to Salesforce button. 

 


2. A login window will open. Click on the option Use custom domain. 

 


3. In the next window, enter doctorsofbc as the custom domain, and then click Continue.


4. This returns you to the login screen with an addition option to log in using Okta.


5. Click the Okta option, and you will be taken to the normal Okta login screen. Sign in with you everyday credential.

After you complete the Okta sign-in, the screen below will display to confirm your use of your DoBC account. Select confirm to complete your sign-in.

 


6. Your outlook Salesforce Add-in should refresh and ready for you to use.
