OneDesk

Safari:

1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left-hand corner

2. Click on  Settings...

3. A new dialogue box will open

4. Click Privacy 

5. Click on the Manage Website Data button

6. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all 

7. A new dialogue box will open

8. Click Remove Now 

9. Wait a few moments, then click Done 

10. Close the dialogue box remaining

11. Press Command +Q to quit Safari

Firefox:

1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Settings (or Preferences, in some cases).

1. Select Privacy & Security on the left and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

   
   

   

2. Click Clear browsing data. The Clear browsing data and cookies dialog will appear.

   

3. Set When: to Everything or a shorter time period, such as the last hour.
4. Ensure Cookies and site data and Temporary cached files and pages are checked.
5. Click Clear.
