Overview:
When attempting to save a report or file from Management Reporter or Great Plains, no printer is populated.
Steps:
1. Right-click on the Windows app and select 'Connection Center'
2. Under RDS1-16, click on the 3 dots on the top right corner and select 'configure'
3. Go to the 'devices & audio' tab, ensure that the redirect printers setting is turned on.
4. Log out of the Windows application and then log back into RDS1-16. The printers should now be visible under GP.
5. If the printers are still not showing up in the list, please submit a ticket with OneDesk.
