How to format your Knowledge Base article
To ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all our Knowledge Base articles, follow the Doctors of BC style. This guide outlines the formatting and visual standards required when creating content, helping you produce materials that are easy to read, aligned with our brand, and accessible to all users.
Heading 1 - (Book Antiqua 30 pt, “Ocean”)
Heading 2 - (Tahoma 24 pt, “Teal”)
Heading 3 - (Tahoma 18 pt, “Teal”)
Body text - (Tahoma 14 pt, black)
Body text emphasis- (Tahoma 14 pt, bold, black)
How to apply formatting
Because the text colour tool does not support precise brand colour values, the best way to apply the correct style is to:
- Copy the styled text from this guide
- Paste it into your article
- Overwrite it with your content
This ensures proper fonts, sizes, and colours are preserved.
Tables
If your article includes a table and you'd like a coloured header row, you can use the table below as a starting point. Add or delete columns and rows as needed to suit your content.
