How to add Box Drive in Microsoft Remote Desktop
1. Click on the Spotlight Search icon located on the top left of your screen. Type Microsoft Remote Desktop and select the application.
This window below will open.
2. Right-click on the server that you need to have the Box drive available/mapped and select Edit.
3. Click on the Folders tab
4. Check the box beside Redirect folders and click the + sign
5. On the left side pane, select Box and click the Open button
Note: Please ensure your Box is online and you are logged in to it.
6. You will see the box Name and the path added under the Redirect folders. Click on the Save button.
7. Try to connect again to the server. When you open the file explorer window, you will see on the left pane the Box (your machine name). Or, when you go to This PC, you will find it under Redirected drives and folders.
