This is one of the workaround to get the S3 machines working which gets locked on NVMe1 password screen
By disabling the NVME1 password , user will be able to enter the login screen without the system security password on laptops
- Hit F1 to enter into BIOS set up utility
- Go to Security -> password -> NVME1 password
- Pop up screen will come to enter current password, put the current password as 1665West and leave the new password and confirm password blank, This will disable the password.
- May take 15-20 min for changes to take affect, restart the machine.
Other work around is to replace the machine by submitting FS ticket
