Once you have your Secrets/Passwords saved in KeePass, you will be able to follow the instructions below to use them:
1) Open KeePass by double clicking the KeePass icon on your Desktop
2) Enter Master Password and Click OK
3) Navigate or search for the required secret/entry and right click to copy the username or password
4) Paste Username/Password into your login screen.
