Below are the steps to create entries into KeePass. You are not restricted to the number of entries/passwords that you store.
1) Click the and select Add Entry
2) Populate the required Entry Fields
a. Title: Enter a descriptive title for this Entry/Secret
b. Username:
c. Password: (you can click the icon to display the password)
d. Repeat: (retype password)
e. Url: (optional)
f. Notes: (optional)
g. Click OK.
3) Important: Click the icon to save the new entry to your KeePass db file.
