Please follow this updated process to ensure you are set 

to use Adobe Acrobat Standard or Pro on your Mac:

 

  1. Please submit a Service Request through Freshservice.

     


  2. In the search bar look up “Adobe Acrobat” and press enter. Choose the application required for your role to proceed with the Service Request.



  3. Fill out the required information in the Service Request form and click on “Place Request”. Our team will review your request and will assign the appropriate license to your account.

  4. Once your request is approved, please navigate to Kandji (bee symbol in the toolbar) and click on “Self Service”.




  5. Scroll to find the requested application. Once able to find the application click on install and wait for the installation to complete.



  6. Once application is installed click on “Open”. After opening the application a pop-up window will appear to prompt you to sign in.



  7. Type in your Doctors of BC email and this will link Adobe application to Okta. Use your password or Touch ID to sign in.

     


After following the above steps your Adobe Application will be ready to use. Please contact the People and Technology department if you have any questions or problems with installing Adobe.
